Add a truly premium finish to your VanPods with our handcrafted birch plywood pod inserts.

Each insert is carefully built by hand from individual layers of birch ply, shaped and bonded together to create the smooth curves that follow the profile of the pod. Rather than hiding the construction, we make a feature of it — the exposed laminated birch ply edges create a striking layered detail around the entire inside of the insert.

The result is a strong, beautifully finished piece of craftsmanship that gives the pod a distinctive, high-end appearance while retaining the natural character of the timber.

Every insert is individually made, with particular attention paid to the curved corners, exposed ply edges and overall finish. The natural variation in the birch grain means no two inserts will be exactly the same.

Our Premium Birch Ply Pod Inserts are designed specifically to work alongside our VanPods Skeleton & Ply Lining Kit. The insert is shaped and trimmed to integrate neatly with our lining system, helping to create a clean, accurate and professional finish throughout the van.

Supplied in bare wood, giving you the freedom to leave the birch natural or apply your own choice of oil, wax, stain or lacquer to complement your camper interior.
