Multi-Layer Ply Pod Inserts

Our Multi-Layer Ply Pod Inserts offer a practical and versatile way to achieve a professionally shaped and finished interior for your VanPods.

Each insert is manufactured using a combination of flexible bendy ply and a rigid 12mm plywood core, creating the smooth curved profile needed to follow the shape of the pod while providing a strong and stable structure.

The inserts are supplied ready for you to cover in your own choice of material, allowing you to match them perfectly with the rest of your campervan interior — whether that’s carpet, stretch fabric, suede-effect material or another suitable finish.

Trimmed or Untrimmed Options

Our trimmed inserts are specifically designed to work with our VanPods Skeleton & Ply Lining Kit, ensuring the insert and surrounding ply lining come together for a clean, accurate fit.

If your van has been lined using a different lining or ply system, we recommend choosing our untrimmed insert. This gives you additional material around the outer edge, allowing you to trim the insert on installation to achieve the best possible fit with your own interior.

Whichever option you choose, the hard work of forming the complex curves has already been done — leaving you to simply trim where required and apply your chosen finish.
